My thoughts on my nation..........

As any real Indian citizen , i'm also proud to be an Indian . so what's the need of this 'real' Indian citizen....??? The answer to this question points to one main problem of India ' communal ism' .

Go to poonthura or beema palli area in trivandrum on a day where there is India - Pakistan cricket match going on , and u'll be amazed to see that they'll cheer when Sehwag gets out , they'll cheer when Shahid Afridi hits a six , and they'll be sad if Pakistan loses to India . This is a small incident where religion takes over nationalism . British used the policy of ' Divide and Rule ' , and i think thats the biggest crime that they did to us and it had far more results than even they thought , and sad to say that even now our political parties use the same policy . Millions of people were killed during partition in the name of religion , trains full of ' hindu dead bodies ' arrived from lahore and in turn trains filled with ' muslim dead bodies ' were packed from amritsar . Even the smallest of incidents can lead to a communal riot now . In every form , in every application , they ask for ur religion , and they say....all Indians are my brothers and sisters . why...????

Go to the regional transport office , and ask for a duplicate copy of ur license . They'll ask for all sort of documents starting from ur birth certificate . The easy way - get out from that office , meet an agent , tell him your need , give him thousand bucks , u'll get ur license within a week . This is another problem of India , corruption , in a broad sense exploitation . This is worse when it comes to the case of politicians . Luckily till now i never had an opportunity to experience that . Even judiciary is not free from corruption . The total amount of black money in India is more than the total defense budget of India . what can we do......?????

Go to any vegetarian hotel in Trivandrum , the gods own capital . U can see many children cleaning the tables and serving foods , And Indian constitution offers the Right to education to all citizens . Why are they deprived of their right..??? This points to yet another problem of india ...Education . Small children are working day and night while they are supposed to study , and what we do..????????

Go to any near by Govt hospital , walk through the general wards........ i dont think u'll be able to do so.......coz there'll be patients lying on the floor . In records they are also admitted patients . If there are 50 beds at least 150 will be admitted . This points to yet another problem of my nation....health . This thing is too big , should look into living conditions , attitude of people , hospital facilities and lack of proper awareness .

Just look around . You can see many problems faced by our nation . Small drops constitutes even the biggest ocean . Small small probs accumulate to form a big problem . We , the citizens of India must do something , it's our social commitment as social animals . Communalist thoughts should never come to our mind , we must consider education not just as our right , but every educated Indian must consider it his moral duty to make sure that his dear and near ones are properly educated . Never encourage exploitation , stay together against all political and social injustice . Education is the single solution to each and every problem faced by our nation . Make people aware of health issues , do what we can to keep our environments clean .

I've just thought about some problems of my nation , there are many more , express your views on them . Only if the basic probs of India are solved , we can achieve the goal of being a developed nation by 2020....and each and every one of us has a role to play in it .

we...the youth are the hope of India.....and our nation expects a lot from us...

I had a superb start to my "blogging career"......i don't think any of u had such a start......I have decided not to give publicity to my blog like many does...."...Blog updated ...plz visit and give ur comments....blah blah....".....anyone who wants to know my thoughts can visit.......leave their comments......i juz want to express my views......i hope blog will be a good platform for my expression....
